Born in Hyogo Prefecture, currently residing in Tokyo. Ayaka excelled in business planning and artist management at a creator agency specializing in representing manga artists, where she also led the launch of a school aimed at training manga artists and editors. Later, she was involved in customer success and operations roles at a business company. She joined BASSDRUM in February 2024.

兵庫県出身、東京都在住。漫画家を中心としたクリエイターエージェンシーで経営企画業務、作家マネジメント等の経験を経て、事業責任者として漫画家・編集者育成のためのスクール事業の立上げを担当。その後、事業会社でCS（カスタマーサクセス）やOps（オペレーション）を担当し、2024年2月BASSDRUMに参画。
