We are hiring Associate Tech Directors, who want to become a Tech Director in the future. Tech Directors participate as core members in various manufacturing projects and contribute from a technical perspective.

With a cross-sectional understanding of creativity and technology, Tech Directors act as a bridge between the two, handling everything from design and prototyping to development, sometimes producing deliverables by themself, and maximizing a team's ability to realize the project with technology as a tool.

■ Main Responsibilities

Associate Technical Directors will support the Tech Directors on a wide variety of projects, including the development of websites, installations, and new services.

■ Location

Tokyo or Kyoto studio

*Remote work system is also available.

*Start date is negotiable.

*Part-time employment or internship is also available before the start date.

■ Employment Status

Full-time

*There will be an evaluation period.

■ Working days and hours

Discretionary work system with standard working hours 5 days a week / 10:00 - 19:00 (1 hour break between 12:00 - 15:00)

■  Holidays

2 days off per week, national holidays, annual paid leave, leave for condolence and weddings

Health insurance, employee pension, unemployment insurance, salary increase (once a year)

Transportation expenses are paid in full.

■ Salary

Minimum 250,000 yen per month.
