On September 11th, Yoshiaki Kajiyashiki took the stage as a speaker in a seminar hosted by Interactive Communication Experts (I.C.E.), an organization dedicated to advancing the digital creative industry. The seminar was titled "What is the career plan that young professionals in creative companies envision?"
In this age of uncertainty, the seminar aimed to explore how young creators can best shape their careers. Yoshiaki, along with Junya Abe from 1pac Inc., Yukinari Hagihara from Recruit Co., Ltd. and Rie Kimoto from HARKEN Inc., engaged in a lively discussion. Topics covered included the importance of role models in career development and the emerging trend of parallel work arrangements.
