Qanta Shimizu will appear as a guest on the 12th edition of Digital Doers Community, a talk series hosted by Reaktor Japan, a global technology consultancy merging digital, design, and business to drive innovation, originally from Finland.

“How can we move innovation forward?” is a question many professionals face. Even when new ideas emerge, they often stall when they come up against organizational barriers or real-world constraints. To truly advance a business, both organizational culture and technical capability must evolve hand in hand.
 
In this session, Qanta Shimizu, who has globally led technological implementation across XR, interactive experiences, advertising, and new business development, will join Junnosuke Inoue of Reaktor Japan, who has led numerous initiatives in organizational transformation and new business creation through Nordic-style autonomous teams.
Together, they will explore the theme “Organizations and Technology that Drive Innovation.”
By combining perspectives on culture and technology, the discussion will seek new approaches to unlocking innovation within Japanese organizations.
 
After the talk, a networking session will be held for participants to exchange ideas and connect with the speakers and fellow attendees who share similar interests and challenges.
