Development and Support Project for Female Athletes

Web

OVERVIEW

A website and chatbot for a project promoted by Ritsumeikan University, targeting female athletes, including minors.
The goal of this project is to provide information to help athletes maintain good health and prepare for practice and competitions in optimal condition.

The website presents outcomes and information from projects led by experts related to the development and support of female athletes. It also features athletes' stories and needs in a format that is easy for middle and high school students to understand, providing a space for independent learning. Additionally, the chatbot offers clear answers to various questions about the body and training, enhanced with illustrations to make the information easy to comprehend.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We were commissioned to develop a chatbot and website, considering budget planning and technical aspects. We proposed a plan to use LINE for the chatbot, integrated with a connected website. By maintaining close communication with the client, we clarified the requirements from the early stages.

Additionally, we not only provided prompt responses and appropriate technical guidance for the various challenges that arose during development, but also adjusted specifications and provided sample programs to support the smooth progress of the client's content production and implementation.

After the implementation was completed, we provided the client with detailed explanations about the website's content management system and offered consultations on how to conduct access analysis and user testing, contributing to the operation of the chatbot and website.
