Born in Aichi Prefecture and currently living in Fukuoka Prefecture. After graduating from IAMAS, Megumi worked as a freelance filmmaker while also working as an assistant and facilitator for industry–academia collaborative projects in universities. While trying to facilitate communication from the perspective of the people involved in making things, she is thinking about creating a place where new creativity can be born. Megumi has been a member of Fukuoka-based creative lab "anno lab" since 2006, and joined BASSDRUM in November 2022.
